Anzol Guard ("we", "us", "our") operates the phishing simulation and security awareness platform at anzolguard.com. We are committed to protecting the personal data of our customers and their employees in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese data protection law.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: Name, email address, and company name provided during registration.
  • Employee data: Email addresses of employees uploaded by customers for simulation campaigns.
  • Simulation data: Records of simulated phishing emails sent, link clicks, and training completions.
  • Usage data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited within the platform.
  • Waitlist data: Email addresses submitted to our early access list.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide and operate the phishing simulation service.
  • Send simulation emails to employees on behalf of our customers.
  • Generate security training reports for customer administrators.
  • Communicate with customers about their account and the service.
  • Send early access and product update communications to waitlist subscribers.
  • Improve the platform and detect misuse.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data under the following legal bases: contract performance (to deliver the service you have subscribed to), legitimate interests (for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), and consent (for waitlist communications, which you may withdraw at any time).

5. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform, including cloud infrastructure providers and email delivery services. All providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed and in accordance with GDPR requirements.

6. Data retention

Account and simulation data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days following termination. Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@anzolguard.com.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data.
  • Object to or restrict processing.
  • Request portability of your data.
